Ipsum magazine:

This was a school assignment for a fictional client, I decided to create a fashion magazine named after Lorem Ipsum. I used A4 size art boards for this project as thats typical magazine size.

I wanted this magazine to have a sleek and modern feel so I decided to use a serif font for the display text and san serif for the body text. I took a lot of inspiration from magazines like Vogue and Cosmopolitan, and started this project by creating a pinterest board for inspiration. Used copyright free images from Pexels and edited them in Photoshop to alter the colors of the image to make them more vibrant. Once I was happy with the image I moved into Illustrator to design my logo and layout my type. Then I mocked up Ipsum magazine to see what the final product would look like.
